Description
The Barclayhill Campus comprises of a substantial industrial facility which is divded into three district sites:
- Car Park
- Fabrication Workshop
- Main Workshop
Car Park
The subjects comprise a rectangular shaped car park finished with an asphalt surface and secured by double gates. The car park is laid out to provide 122 car parking spaces.
Fabrication Workshop
The subjects comprise of a detached industrial unit with secure yard area, Internally, the units have been split into three bays.
Bay 1: 7m eave, 2 no. 5 tonne overhead cranes, small office area
Bay 2: 7m eave, 4 no. 3.2 tonne overhead cranes

Main Workshop
The subjects comprise a substantial campus style facility which features a number of industrial buildings with office, car parking and substantial yard areas situated within a self-contained site.
The main workshop is of steel portal frame construction off a concrete floor with blockwork walls and profile metal cladding above. To the front of the unit is two bays which have been fitted out as offices and laboratory space over ground and first floors. The rear two bays comprise of workshop space which are accessible at both gable ends by roller shutter doors.
